Rectangular Callout: Topdressing is the best way to replenish the soil under our lawns that is working hard to support the grass. This should be done at least once per season. Topdressing should be done together with overseeding. For best results, aerate the lawn first. Benefits of Topdressing include: •	Reducing thatch •	Improving soil’s ability to hold moisture & nutrients •	Improved turf rooting & durability •	Relieving soil compaction •	Increasing organic matter content of soil

Rectangular Callout: Overseeding should be done at least once per season, preferably in the fall or spring, to keep your lawn thick and to prevent weeds from moving in. Adding new seeds to your lawn provides a greater resistance to weeds, disease and insects. Topdressing and overseeding should be done together. For best results, aerate lawn first.
